Assistant Restaurant Manager
Assist Restaurant Manager on training of crew members, oversee floor operations, receive stocks, assist to achieve company goals.
Have minimum 3 – 4 years experience in barbequing. Able to manage food cost, multitask, oversee kitchen operation, manage inventory, purchase kitchen ingredients, hiring of additional kitchen crew when needed.
Assistant Kitchen Manager
Assist kitchen manager on training of kitchen crew members, oversee kitchen operations, assist on food preparation, purchase kitchen ingredients.
Assist Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager on daily operations, attend to customer needs, provide good customer service, ensure timely food serving time, conduct staff orientation.
Waiter and Waitress
Lively and bubbly attitude, energetic and is able to provide good customer service.
With experience will be an extra credit. To prepare daily mise en place, making of drinks and toasts.
Fresh graduates are welcomed, initiative to learn from bottom, to prepare daily mise en place, have good stamina.
